Congratulations to all those who have been selected to be our Hogwarts prefects and to the young man and woman chosen to be Hogwarts' Head Boy and Girl. Your responsibilities are to monitor the activities of the students here, to enforce the rules of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and of course, to do rounds. You have the power to add or deduct points but please do so reasonably and fairly. There are two prefects per house.
