The current year is 2209 - over 200 years since the story of Harry Potter and his defeat of the dark lord Voldemort.
The great peace prophesied to follow was never to come as the dark wizards have risen over the years and found ways to destroy muggles by seeding chaos-discord-and distrust. In this masterful dark time of ill-intent, the muggles thusly rose up against all wizard-kind and as a result: a bloody and tragic war created between the opposing factions.
In response to the violent curses and jinx thrown their way, the muggles have now responded with their own weapons: magical detectors-nuclear bombs-and biological weapons. Bred from the vicious reaction of biological warfare, a new race was born from the ashes: unimaginable mutants containing advanced skills from both sides. But they were rejected, scorned and hated by their own kind, forced into a life of seclusion and fear...until now.
This is the story of two communities, Wizards and Muggles, trying to solve their differences, overcome war, and live together in peace while an organization of Dark Wizards tries to seed mistrust between them and so achieve their goal to destroy the Muggle world for good.
