Just a few simple rules about this board. Our out of character boards are guest friendly. Meaning that even those who are not registered on the forum could see what is written here. While the staff at W2H can regulate what goes on in the role playing boards, we can't really regulate who comes through and looks at this. So, for that reason, when introducing yourself, please do not disclose any information that could potentially be used against you. This is for your own safety.
To help you understand what is acceptable and what isn't, we have made a list of guidelines for you to follow. If we feel like your introduction/post may endanger you or somebody else, the staff may consider moving your post or deleting it.
WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE:
DO include your first name or a nickname
DO include how long you have been role playing
DO include your hobbies: do you like to read, write, go horseback riding, etc.?
DO include your works such as fan fiction or fan art. You may even provide links to your stories or art or even post them so long as they are pg appropriate.
WHAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE:
DO NOT include your last name or the last name of anybody else.
DO NOT include your place of birth or where you currently live.
DO NOT include phone numbers or addresses
DO NOT include what school you currently attend or what schools you have attended.
DO NOT include personal information such as driver's license numbers or social security numbers.
DO NOT post pictures of yourself or of family members/friends.
WHAT YOU MAY WANT TO RECONSIDER:
Posting your age
Posting contact information such as email or messenger information- it is easy for the staff to act against harassment when it occurs on the forum, but if somebody begins to harass you through e-mail or an instant messenger, it becomes a bit trickier. I recommend that you withhold your contact information and give it out only to people you trust.
