Overall
Cara grew up in Ireland with her Parents and four siblings. Her mother's side of the family is the 'magical' side. Her father's being her muggle side. Growing up knowing about the 'other world' never interested Cara; she grew up loving sports and ballet. Out of all her family she is the most athletic. Her twin sister never had the interests or physical abilities to do what Cara has.
Family
Cara has a large and very close family, they did everything together as the kids were growing up. Cara was closest to her brother Keane, when he passed Cara spent a lot less time on the field and more time studying for tests and classes to come. But, that left Cara being the oldest and the most protective person in her family; she takes care of the young ones and makes sure to keep them out of harms way. Charlotte, being Cara's twin spends most of her time attached to her hip and finishing her sentences. Cara wishes she were her own person and tries to escape Char as much as possible.
Magical Abilities
As a child Cara showed her 'abilities' early in age; she was never fascinated by her talent and hoped they would leave her with time. ut, as time went on her powers became very pronounced in her day to day life; trying to ignore them didn't work. She let her emotions start cotrolling them causing chairs to fly around rooms when she was angry and her hair to turn different colors according to each mood. She decided controlling them was the best way to go. By age 11 she was off to Hogwarts and placed in Ravenclaw.
