Charlotte grew up in Cork, Ireland with her very intimate family.
She has an older brother that is deceased and is the third oldest in her family (Her twin sister Cara is older by a few minutes). Cara and Charlotte have very distinct physical and personality differences.
Charlotte has never had much of an interest for sports; she is a musician. She owns an acoustic guitar and loves to play the piano, and on nice days you will always find her outside singing and playing a guitar. She writes lyrics as well but keeps them to herself, as well as poetry. She's the artsy, creative type and seems to think differently than everyone else; she often thought she was misunderstood as a child, especially when she found out about her magical abilities. Charlotte is very witty and will talk back if you start something. She's unafraid to speak her mind and is quite outspoken even at first meeting people.
Charlotte is also in love with a muggle boy Benjamin whom she sees every summer. She knows they cannot be together because Ben doesn't know about her being a witch, but every summer they spend every possible moment together. Charlotte has written may songs about him and is stubborn to lettng any other boy in her life, even though she knows it must happen eventually.
She loves her two younger siblings to death and often found that they were two of her closest friends. (Caleb and Kaia)
