Maggie is the youngest and the first female Head Healer of St. Mungo's Hospital of Magical Illnesses and Maladies in over seventy years. She has a gentle, calming nature about her that makes her appealing to patients and visitors. She is an introverted character, quiet and patient in nature. She was born in London, England and is a pure-blooded witch. Her ambitious personality got her the job through hard work when she turned 19. She is a former Ravenclaw.

Keith is a new addition to the St. Mungo's staff. He is the optimist of the crew and a part-time prankster. He takes his work seriously, though he never loses his sunny disposition. He was born in Glasgow, Scotland and is a Muggle-born wizard. He is a Ministry enthusiast and abhors the dark arts. He is a former Gryffindor.

Philip was born in Seoul, South Korea, but moved to England when he turned ten because his parents thought that going to Hogwarts would offer him more opportunities than the Seoul School for Magical Folk could. He has a girlfriend with whom he fights constantly but is never able to leave. He is intelligent and ambitious but gets upset easily whenever he makes a mistake. He is a former Ravenclaw.

She joined the Death Eaters because she believes that Muggles are inferior to Wizards and Witches and because her parents were followers of Lord Voldemort. She used to go to Beauxbatons Academy in France.

Rowan was born in Berlin, Germany and moved to Scotland at the age of seven. He is intimidating because of his height but friendly and easily amused. He has a daughter called Inga. His wife passed away after her wand backfired on her and he has been raising his daughter by himself ever since. He never liked the Death Eaters and chooses to affiliate himself with the Order of the Phoenix instead. He is a former Hufflepuff.
