Hogwarts School Clubs
School clubs and student organisations can now be created and signed up for!
If you want to create a club or an organisation, please keep this in mind: only serious contributions will be accepted, any foolish nonsense or dark clubs or gatherings are against school rules and will be disbanded immediately. Please remember that these clubs are meant to shape a friendly environment and not add to any tensions that are already on the rise.
Creating a club:
You might like to create a group or club that cares for the wellbeing of elves or a book club or maybe a wizarding chess club? This is a very simple process. All you have to do is post your club/organisation's name and intent. You must then wait for admin approval.
Creating a secret/illegal club:
Of course you might like to create a group or club that meets in secret or would be disbanded for legal reasons (such as a group that deals with the likes of You-Know-Who or just likes to be secretive) and of course this sort of club will not be accepted by school staff for obvious reasons. You may still add your club's name and intent here and you must still wait for admin approval (though of course members of the school staff would be unaware of the existence of this club).
Joining a club:
Regardless of whether the club is a legal or illegal, you have to owl the person in charge to join. It is up to the leader of any club to accept or deny members. If you do feel that you are being treated unfairly, pm an admin.
Why is there an admin approval?
This is to protect the site from ridiculous clubs being created. Also, if an admin finds that a club is devoid of any members, they reserve the right to disband any club (with a warning issued previously) so that Hogwarts isn't littered with clubs/groups/organisations without any members.

Intent of club: Promote the truth about the mistreatment and enslavement of elves and other magical creatures! Help issue equal and better treatment and share thoughts and ideas on this topic.
Secret Clubs:

Leader: Harry James Potter
Type of club: Secret Club
Location: 7th floor, Room of Requirement
Intent of club: To prepare students against the worst and for the actual dangers that one might face out there, through regular training sessions.
