Days were going by so slow for Bella. Although it was nearly a month or more into the school year, things weren't going so well at all. There was the whole mess with Harry Potter's father being kidnapped. It was supposed to be a secret between the adults, but someone must have blabbed and told the whole school. Nothing is kept secret in Hogwarts; anyone knew that.
Sitting on the bench in the courtyard, she wished the sun would go down. It was just reaching the time of a sunset, but it was taking forever. Everything was just as bright as ever and she wanted everything to be dark. Sighing, she slouched on the bench and leaned her head back to look at the sky which was turning a bit of pink and orange. Finally, she thought, knowing the sunset was going to last for another five to ten minutes. But it was definitely going to be the longest five to ten minutes ever.
Kicking her feet on the ground she closed her eyes. She was only eleven years old and was filled with hatred and misery. She couldn't snap out of this phase. Her parents passed during her full childhood and she now lived in an orphanage. Surely nothing good can come from that. Her mind was set on so many thoughts that she didn't even think who would be coming towards her.

Gemina was walking slowly back up from the lake, having vented out some of her frustration earlier. Her sister was here again and she sure looked more miserable than ever, despite her and her cousins best efforts during the summer. Sometimes, it even distressed her when Hermina was down and took the jibes from others personally, which was to say, very often.
Gemina simply didn't understand it. Sure, mother was gone; sure, father was a twerp. But still, that was the past right? And nothing too serious happened, right? Except for the times Hermina was yelled at, or cursed, but that was still the past. Absolutely nothing to fret over, but she did, Hermina did. What was she supposed to do about it? Gemina was still just a child.
Angrily, she kicked a rock on the ground, sending it flying away. Verdamnt, that hurt. She continued walking, eventually getting into the courtyard and headed for the doors. She passed a girl on her right and said hello rather brusquely. Well, she couldn't really care less about someone other than her sister right now, she being so down again and the complete helplessness Gemina herself felt.

((Hey. I can't interact my character with yours until you interact your character with mine.))
The skies were slowly changing color before her eyes. They were once pink and orange but now they were turning into the lightest of blue with orange. Complementary colors. How lovely, she thought to herself and began to look at the clouds that were visible. It looked like someone was painting a picture since they didn't look real at all. "Come on nighttime!" she said out loud to herself. She didn't care if there were people around to look at her. She was already in her own world and wanted things to go her way. And right now, she wanted it to be dark outside.

Gemina turned back and looked at the other girl, fixing her stare on her with irritation. Of course, she did not get any sort of response out of the Slytherin, which made her even more irritated. Knowing the fact that she was a Slytherin didn't do much either to help improve Gemina's mood.
She walked promptly up against her, still staring exasperately and said loudly and scathingly: "Hallo? Is anyone at home?" She didn't expect much out of it... The girl looked very out of touch with the rest of the world...

Bella knew that there were people around at this time of day. It wasn't anything close to curfew, it was just getting darker, so there would be less people. She sighed and closed her eyes at the quick silence that was given until she felt the presence of someone coming closer. It wasn't a psychic ability or anything to know if someone was close, this person was just the one human body out in the courtyard that made the most noise.
She asked a question that seemed extremely annoying as hell, but she still kept her eyes closed and stayed in place. "No, no ones here. So you should bug off," she said, not caring who it may be. And considering how they approached her, it was definitely someone she didn't want to affiliate with. Bella was the type of person to like to be alone at times; especially during the night. Though would this person leave? Probably not.

"Alright. You want me to bug off? Sure, I can do that." Gemina said, getting more and more irritated by the second by this girl and her attitude. Mind you, even her own father was sounded less irritated sometimes.
She defiantly stuck her tongue out and started to leave with calm steps. Gemina grasped her wand tightly, kept the other fist balled up and ready to punch and expecting to be hexed anytime now. Well, perhaps she could use some excitement, the last weeks has been dead right boring and the classes haven't even started...

Bella could sense the irritation in the girls voice. It only made Bella kind of happy. Finally, someone was just as irritated as her and she wasn't alone. It was pretty selfish, but that's how Bella wanted it to be at the moment. She thought the girl had gone away, but it seemed she didn't. Bella opened one eye and saw the girl standing point the wand at her. "Do you really want to do this? I thought you were courageous, not a wimp to take your wand out when you're angry," she said, shrugging. Bella got up and yawned.
Finally, it was purely nighttime. She smirked and took out her wand. "What makes you so sure you can beat me?" she asked. Why is it always the Gryffindors who pick the fights but the Slytherin gets the consequences? she thought to herself with a sigh.

"Was?!" was all that Gemina could say. Looking down at herself, she saw as expected her wand in her pockets, her hand and arm firmly attached to it. And thus, the retort: "You Madam, needs glasses. Where in your - certainly blissful - hallucination did I even had my wand out of my pocket? Oh right, I don't wish to know." She knew somewhere deep in that Hermina would've already tried to deescalate things, but she wasn't her sister.
"I am now going to leave peacefully, okej?" Gemina declared, trying to hide her annoyance behind a veil of neutrality and ignoring the other girls drawn wand. True to her own words, she turned around and started walking away again, her both hands clearly out of the pockets. Still, she was ready enough to do drastic things, if the situation required.

Bella rolled her eyes. "Oh right, and the lump in your coat was nothing. You were grasping your wand. Now, you wanted my attention- you got it. You wanted a fight- show me what you got," she said, not showing a bit of anger. The table was turning though. Bella was getting irritated that an idiot would bother and wake her up from relaxing and then just walk away like nothing happened.
"Come on wimp, draw your wand. I'm giving you what you want," she said, smirking. "And they call you a Gryffindor? Surely you show no signs of bravery."
