Helios is known to be sarcastic. It's his humor and more or less how he portrays life itself. Although life is full of serious matters, he always needs to put some kind of humor into the mix; most likely dry humor. However if there are times that need to be serious, he knows how to get his work done. Seeing as he is the Minister of Egypt it shows that he has a lot of pride, leadership and good work ethics.
He's also known to be a family-man. Back home in Egypt, Helios has a wonderful family that he loves and tries to spend as much time with although work always gets to him. HISTORY:
Helios was the oldest sibling of his mother. He was the half-brother to both Gabrielle and Persephone. His mother remarried to another man which was their father, thus resulting that his father had passed away when Helios was young. When Perse was five, Helios was separated from his sisters and was only left with his mother and step-father. He was distraught after the attack from revolutionaries that separated his sisters from the family.
When it came to favorites, Helios favored Gabrielle most of all. Now that she had passed away, all there was was Persephone and Helios had to make the best of it. He didn't like the path that Persephone had made for herself but what was done, was done and he had to accept that. Maybe one day she will learn that there are other paths that are worth crossing.
Growing up, he stayed with his mother and took care of her. Thus, finding a wife in the process and created a family of his own. He never heard of both of his sisters when all of this was happening for the mother, Cleopatra was someone they didn't want to involve their life with. Especially his brother-in-law, Sirius Black. When time was getting rough, his mother had tried taking Lilianna into her own hands. Surely that didn't end well and thus created a larger tension within the family. He knows that Sirius doesn't trust him for he is closer to his mother than the rest of his siblings, but sometimes it's hard for one to change their outlook on a family in general.
Helios ran for Minister five years ago and every year got re-elected. He knew just the right words to say and when elections would start, there was always something happening in North Africa that he knew what to do and trust was already built upon him from the common folk. He not only takes care of Egypt and its usual laws, but he also partners up with England's Minister, Remus Lupin at times to discuss worldly issues that happen; especially issues such as Voldemort.
