Years have taken a toll on his frame and looks. Lacking the proper nutrients from unemployment Lupin’s physique has dwindled considerably. The fact that every fool/full moon changes him into a werewolf doesn’t help his cause. Scars adorn his face and arms from battles with the creature that rips forth at the first sight of the silver full moon. Graying brown hair cast over dark brown eyes that glitter crimson for the beast that lies dormant within.
History:
Bitten by Fenrir Greyback at a young age after his father had offended the werewolf, revenge was sought out through the child, Remus J. Lupin. Receiving the long awaited letter to Hogwarts Remus packed and was sent on the Hogwarts Express along with so many other students to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Sorted into Gryffindor he soon met his three best mates. They became the famous Marauders: James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew.
Always afraid that if found out –for what he truly was- his friends would abandon him like most in the wizarding world. However he didn’t expect his mates to put their heads together and find out where he disappeared to every full moon. Once his secret was out he was surprised to find that they hadn’t left his side. On the contrary with his best friends his transformations became tolerable. How? The three others sought to become animagus and succeeded. Through these changes many of their troubles were planned and executed upon the unknowing school. Always the most level headed he felt he should have put a halt to many of their schemes, being prefect did give him a conscious. However being one of the Marauders caused him to have a need for fun and the breaking of rules. Most times his conscious came back to bite and snarl at him, not literally.
(Skipping the time period between Hogwarts and Second Rising)
Lupin came back and taught for a year at Hogwarts, but after his 'secret' was let out of the bag he was forced to resign and leave the school. He kept in contact with Harry Potter and the Order. And it was at this time, during the second rising of Lord Voldemort, that he met and fell in love with an Auror -Nymphadora Tonks, daughter of Ted and Andromeda Tonks (née Black). At first he denied himself of her because he believed she could have done with someone younger and who didn't carry the burden he did. But, love prevailed and they married during Harry Potter's supposed seventh year at Hogwarts. Tonks bore him a son -Ted 'Teddy' Lupin. It was during the final battle that would end Lord Voldemort's attempted rise to power that he was killed along with his wife, Tonks, leaving a son and a life behind.

A month after being brought back through the veil he decided to leave the United Kingdom for a spell. Now, just arriving back from the continent –Europe- after spending some time studying the herb aconite, he is ready to face the world again. He hoped to find a position in Hogwarts as a professor once more or a sector of the Ministry of Magic that would fit his bearing. Shortly after his arrival from the continent he met Persephone Silverton, former Death Eater turned good, whom he married after several months of being with her. Soon after their marriage she fell pregnant and bore him twins. A girl and a boy: Gabrielle Nymphadora and Darrick James.
And now with a wife, two beautiful twins, and his eldest son a surprise awaits him. Tonks is back...[/center]
