Greetings to all!
I am very pleased to say that the construction of Welcome to Hogwarts has gone exceedingly well and we're in the finishing stages of getting that up and running. I must say, the staff is extremely excited to put this together, and we're looking forward to role playing once again.
That said, there have been a few changes from welcom2hogwarts.proboards.com to welcometohogwarts.net. For one, the new forum is going to be restricted to members who are 18 years old and older. We apologize for the inconvenience that may pose to some of you, but we do feel this is a move in the right direction. The other thing that you may find different is the continuity. The staff has decided to follow the canon of the seven books up to the end of the battle. This does mean that Harry Potter and all those in his year have, in fact, finished Hogwarts and are now adults. We feel this will lend to a more consistent game where the canon doesn't get jumbled.
While we are still closed, we will be posting the story-line and profile application here shortly so that those of you who will be coming over to the new forum can begin working on your profiles now.
