I agree that by participating in lessons, I have read and understand that all the rules set by Persephone Silverton apply to me. I realize that if I violate any of these rules, I am subject to losing house points, may be removed from the class, or even suspended or expelled.
Rule 1: All students must show up to class on time.
Rule 2: All students must have the materials required of the course: parchment, ink, quill, textbook.
Rule 3: All students will respect the professor and their peers.
Rule 4: There is no reason to have your wand out in my class.
Rule 5: Any student caught fighting or engaging in behavior that puts themselves, other students, or the professor at risk will be asked to leave and not come back.
Rule 6: There is no talking while the professor is talking.
Rule 7: No idle chatter. In Arithmancy class we will only have Arithmancy discussions. There is to be no chit-chatting with friends about the weekend or about who's dating who this week.
Rule 8: Do not undermine the professor. If you are in a disagreement, either ask a question respectfully in class, or wait until afterwards to discuss the problem . Under no circumstances are you to try to showboat or monopolize the lesson.
