With the war and the constant threat of danger, it is crucial that all students learn how to recognize and defend themselves against the Dark Arts. Taught by the Head of the Auror Department, students are sure to get the best in defensive training.

To know the future has long been a desire of not only Ancient Wizards, but of men in general. This course, taught by Professor Trelawney, will help students to understand the spatial properties of things around us.

The magical properties of plants have been the backbone behind alchemy, potions, and healing. Step into the greenhouses and learn all you can about the more scientific aspect of magic.

Those who do not know their past are doomed to repeat it. The magical world is full of a rich and interesting history. Taught by a Ministry of Magic Department Head, all students will be given an extensive glimpse into their magical origins.

Wands are of no use in this particular brand of magic. A precise art, Potions involves the use of magical plants, animals, and other properties to form a product potent enough to suit the needs of the maker.

Like charms, Transfigurations is one of the most identifying brands of magic. Changing the properties of the object on a molecular level, it is by far a difficult, yet fascinating subject. Taught by a very strict James Potter.
